I came to USA in 1987 to acquire Master of Business Administration. Before US arrival I acquired MBA degree and completed PH D Courses in Korea.  Since I was licensed as Certified Public Accountant in Missouri, I have variety of accounting and tax experience in one of largest accounting firms and fortune 500 public company such as cost accounting, personal and wealthy family tax returns preparations, large corporate and its subsidiaries tax returns with a full depth of working papers and multi state nexus tax issues and USA various state regulation and state tax returns. 

In 2010 I left public  and tax accountant industry and created ETR Tax services LLC to serve majorly small business owner and business owned by immigration generation  speaking English as a second language. My service is to provide generally required tax matters such as sales and payroll as well as annual business and individual income tax returns more than 250 taxpayers. 

In addition to routine practices.  As clientele desire, I have provided complicated federal and state tax audit and various tax resolutions by negotiation and settlement of tax balance and tax cases. 

I have run the organization Missouri low-income taxpayers clinic, inc. Through the entity I have educated small business owners and English as a second language for funding, various tax issues and business environments.
